Elena Şimanschi (⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠@ESimanschi⁠) is a PhD candidate in the program of  Political Science, Public Policy and International Relations at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
