Allison McCulloch is Associate Professor of Political Science at Brandon University (Manitoba, Canada) where she teaches in the areas of International Politics and Comparative Politics. Her research considers the politics of deeply divided societies and the role of power-sharing institutions in facilitating democracy, security, and stability. She is also interested in how power-sharing can be made more inclusive, particularly from a gender perspective. She is the author of Power-Sharing and Political Stability in Deeply Divided Societies (Routledge, 2014).
