Author profile: Amelia Arsenault

Amelia Arsenault is an assistant professor of communication at Georgia State University. She also serves as a research fellow at the USC Center on Public Diplomacy and the Media and Democracy Research Fellow at the Center for Global Communication Studies at the Annenberg School for Communication, University of Pennsylvania. She received her Ph.D. from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California (2009). Dr. Arsenault’s previous scholarly work on public diplomacy has appeared in edited volumes and journals such as The ANNALS of the American Academy of Political and Social Science, and Information, Communication, and Society. Her co-edited book The Connective Mindshift: Relational, Networked and Collaborative Approaches to Public Diplomacy (with Rhonda Zaharna and Ali Fisher) was released in May 2013.
