Ana Mosneaga is a migration and displacement specialist and works as a researcher at United Nations University in Tokyo on the displacement situation after the March 2011 earthquake, tsunami and nuclear disasters in Japan. Ana is a human geographer and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagen. Before joining UNU, she worked at the Immigration and Integration Unit of the Directorate-General Home Affairs of the European Commission in Brussels.
