Andrew Latham is a professor of international relations and political theory at Macalester College in Saint Paul, MN; a Non-Resident Fellow at the think tank Defense Priorities in Washington, DC; and a regular opinion contributor with The Hill, also in Washington, DC.

Audun Sundeen is a recent graduate of Macalester College with a degree in International Studies, specializing in Central Asian politics, history,  religion and nationalism. Audun is currently researching the legacy of the Sogdian city states in modern Central Asian nationalism and learning Kazakh. Audun currently resides in Washington D.C.
