Andrew Latham is a Professor of International Relations and Political Theory, and Special Advisor to the President at Macalester College in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is also a Non-Resident Fellow at Defense Priorities and a Senior Washington Fellow with the Institute for Peace and Diplomacy in Washington, DC. He acts as 2023-25 Education Ambassador with the Council on Foreign Relations, as well as being an opinion contributor with The Hill and RealClear Defense.

Raymond Yu is a former researcher at Macalester College and now a graduate student in International Relations at the University of Chicago.
