Andrew Maitland is a strategy advisor at the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy of the British Government, where his most recent work focussed on the implementation of the UK Internal Market Act. Prior to this, he worked in the private sector for the International Centre for Parliamentary Studies where he organised conferences on key policy topics for sectoral professionals. He holds a Masters degree in Public Policy from the University of Bristol, as well as an undergraduate degree in Politics and International Relations from Aberdeen University.
