Angela Licata is a PhD Candidate at McMaster University in the Department of Political Science specializing in International Relations and Public Policy. She previously attended Ryerson University and graduated with a BA in Politics and Governance, as well as a MA in Political Science from McMaster University. Her MA research involved the analysis of European National Accounting Frameworks and the implications of including illicit economic activity into formal economic calculations. Her dissertation research analyzes temporal norms in relation to the development and preservation of the utilization of offshore financial centers as tax havens.
