Author profile: Anja Jetschke

Anja Jetschke is Professor of International Relations at the Department of Political Science of the University of Göttingen, Germany and Head of Research Programme IV “Power, Norms and Governance in International Relations” at the GIGA German Institute of Global and Area Studies Hamburg. She received her PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, Italy. Her research interests include the international relations of Southeast Asia and comparative regionalism. Her most recent publications include: Does Regionalism Diffuse? A New Research Agenda for the Study of Regional Organizations, in: Journal of European Public Policy 20: 4 (2013, with Tobias Lenz), Diffusing Regional Integration: The EU and Southeast Asia, in: West European Politics 35: 1, 174-191, (2012, with Philomena Murray) and Human Rights and State Security: Indonesia and the Philippines, Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania Press (2010).
