Anne-Cecile Leyvraz is a Research Fellow at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (Switzerland). Her research addresses Refugee and Migration Law from an international law perspective. She holds a PhD from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies Geneva (Switzerland). Her latest publication is a co-edited collective book addressing the performative role of ‘the fight against abuses’ in the Swiss asylum system. For several years, she has worked as an immigration lawyer in Geneva.
