Anne Jenichen is a Senior Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at Aston University, Birmingham, UK. Her research focuses on the rights of disadvantaged groups, primarily women and religious minorities, in the areas of political representation, violence and discrimination.

Tusharika Deka is a PhD student in International Relations at the University of Nottingham, UK. Her research focuses on ethnic conflict, political violence and the intersection of technology and democracy. Currently, she serves as an Editor-at-large for E-International Relations.
