Caroline Dunton is a PhD student in International Relations and Public Policy at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She is a former advisor to the Chief Development Officer and a former evaluation analyst at Global Affairs Canada and has also worked in track II diplomacy and the non-profit sector. She has an MA from the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo.
