Caroline Holmqvist is Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs, Senior Lecturer in War Studies at the Swedish Defence University and Associate Researcher at Université Libre de Bruxelles. She is co-investigator of the project ‘Time and Discourses of Global Politics’, funded by the Swedish Research Council, 2014-2017. She has published Policing Wars: On Military Intervention in the Twenty-First Century (Palgrave Macmillan, 2014), War, Police and Assemblages of Intervention (Eds. with Jan Bachmann and Colleen Bell) (Routledge, 2014) and The Character of War in the 21st Century (Eds. with Christopher Coker) (Routledge, 2010), as well as articles in Millennium Journal of International Studies and Cambridge Review of International Affairs.

 

Tom Lundborg is Senior Research Fellow at the Swedish Institute of International Affairs and Senior Lecturer in Political Science at the Swedish Defence University. He is co-investigator of the project ‘Time and Discourses of Global Politics’, funded by the Swedish Research Council, 2014-2017. His publications include Politics of the Event: Time, Movement, Becoming (Routledge, 2012, 2013), as well as articles in Security Dialogue, European Journal of International Relations, Review of International Studies, Alternatives, International Political Sociology, and Theory & Event.
