Cécile Mouly is professor and researcher at the Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLACSO) in Ecuador, and an expert in conflict analysis for the UN System Staff College and the UN Development Programme. She holds a Ph.D. in International Studies from the University of Cambridge. Her latest publications include articles on civil resistance against armed actors in Colombia (see here and here) and civil-society-led peacebuilding (see here and here).
