Chris Zebrowski is Director of the Centre for Security Studies (CSS) and Lecturer in Politics and International Relations at Loughborough University, UK. He is the author of The Value of Resilience: Securing Life in the Twenty-First Century (Routledge: 2016).

 

Ksenia Chmutina is a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable and Resilient Urbanism at the School of Architecture, Building and Civil Engineering at Loughborough University.
