Christophe Farquet holds a PhD in Swiss history. During the past year, he taught at the University of Fribourg as well as the University of Geneva and was a Swiss National Foundation scholar with a project on the history of international relations. He now chairs neutrAL, the centre for analysis of Swiss foreign policy. His most recent book, Histoire du paradis fiscal suisse, addresses the history of the offshore economy in Switzerland throughout the 20^th Century.
