Dr Christopher L. Pallas is Associate Professor of Conflict Management in the School of Conflict Management, Peacebuilding and Development at Kennesaw State University. He holds a PhD in Social Policy from the London School of Economics. His research focuses on the representation of low and middle-income country stakeholders in transnational advocacy and the impact of foreign aid reduction on local civil society organizations.

Dr. Elizabeth Bloodgood is Associate Professor of Political Science at Concordia University. She holds a PhD in Politics from Princeton University. Her research interests include the emergence and influence of non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and the political power and regulation of information and data.
