Edgar Andrés Londoño Niño is a PhD student in Political Science at the Institute of Social and Political Studies (IESP) of Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). He is a researcher of the South American Political Observatory (OPSA/IESP-UERJ), of the Nucleus of Foreign Policy Studies, Agendas, and Actors (NEAAPE/IESP-UERJ) and of the Research Group of International Relations of Institute of Political Studies and International Relations (IEPRI) of National University of Colombia.
