Ibrahim Enes Aksu is a PhD candidate at University of Delaware, Department of Political Science and International Relations. He studies comparative politics, focusing on national security policymaking by populist governments. He earned his BA at Boğaziçi University, Istanbul and his MA at Istanbul Şehir University. He is the co-author (with Muqtedar Khan) of “The Voices of Islamic Modernism from South Asia” in the Routledge International Handbook of Contemporary Muslim Socio-political Thought.
