Felipe Costa Lima is a lawyer at Costa Lima & Lima Advogados Associados, and a PhD candidate in International Law at the University of Strasbourg (UNISTRA), France, and in International Relations at PUC Minas (CAPES scholarship), Brazil (thesis co-tutelage); holds a Master’s Degree in Public International Law (Human Rights) from the UNISTRA (Eiffel Scholarship) (2018), and in International Relations from the PUC Minas (2017); holds a M. Phil in International Politics from the University Damásio de Jesus (2016); holds a Bachelor’s Degree in law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), Brazil, (2012).
