Haluk Karadag, Ph.D. is a faculty member at the Department of International Relations, National Defense University, Ankara, Turkey. He has participated in international peacekeeping missions, including NATO-KFOR (Kosovo), and UNIFIL (Lebanon). He recently served in Afghanistan as Senior Military Advisor to the Vice Chief of General Staff of Afghanistan, NATO Resolute Support Mission (RSM). His research interests include conceptual thinking on public diplomacy, security studies, and peacekeeping operations.
