James R. Masterson is Associate Professor Political Science at Morehead State University and Director of the Master of Public Administration Program. His research interests include the international relations of East Asia in general and analyzing the nexus between Chinese foreign and economic relations with the world in particular.

Jingwen Wu is a PhD student at the University of Kentucky. Her research interests includes Chinese climate policy and analyzing the Belt and Road initiative as a foreign aid program.
