Dr. Jan Kunnas has done extensive research on Finland’s transition from a solar based energy system to a fossil fuel based one. His is currently working at the University of Stirling in Scotland, in a project that combines insights from economics and history to conduct long-run tests of the predictive power of indicators of sustainable development.
