Dr. Joshua B. Spero is an Associate Professor of International Politics at Fitchburg State University. He serves as the Director of the University’s Regional Economic Development Institute and coordinates the International Studies Minor Program and the Washington Center Internship Program. Dr. Spero focuses on international security, international relations, government decision-making, and crisis management decision-making. He authored Bridging the European Divide: Middle Power Politics and Regional Security Dilemmas (Rowman and Littlefield, 2004).
