Kathy Bowrey is a Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia. Her expertise primarily relates to intellectual property, and media and information technology regulation, reflecting a broad range of interests pertaining to socio-legal history. She also researches western laws affecting indigenous cultural and intellectual property.
