Lucia Leontiev, is a post-doctoral fellow in the Berlin Potsdam Research Group ‘International Rule of Law-Rise or Decline?’ (Germany). She holds a Ph.D. from Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies of Pisa and Maastricht University. Her research focuses on human rights, statehood, jurisdiction, non-state actors, and post-Soviet space. She is the co-editor of the book State-Building, Rule of Law, Good Governance and Human Rights in Post-Soviet Space. Thirty Years Looking Back (Routledge, 2022).
