Luis Schenoni is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in International Relations at the Department of Political Science, University College London (United Kingdom). He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame (United States) and was a Postdoc at Konstanz University (Germany). Luis is also an Affiliated Professor at Universidad Torcuato di Tella (Argentina) and Centro de Investigacion y Docencia Economicas (Mexico). His research focuses on international conflict and foreign policy in Latin America and has been published in the American Journal of Political Science, among others.

Thales Carvalho holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – Brazil) and was a Visiting Graduate Student at the University of California – San Diego. His research focuses on international security and foreign policy in Latin America and has been published in Latin American Politics and Society and the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of International Studies, among other publications.
