Matthew C. Kolasa, Esq. has a BA in History and PPE from the University of Pennsylvania, MST in Art History from the University of Oxford, and MA in International Relations and JD in International Law from Boston University. He is principal attorney at Kolasa LLC, licensed in New York, New Jersey, and the District of Columbia, and fluent in English, French, and Polish. He is past chair of the International Law section of the International Studies Association.  Matthew has presented and published widely, tutored at the University of St Andrews, and guest-lectured at the University of West Georgia and Drexel University.
