Moritz Weiss (he) is Senior Lecturer and Principal Investigator of the project ‘The Making of National Security’ funded by the Thyssen-Stiftung at LMU Munich. His research focuses on the governance of European and international security as well as technological innovation. He was a visiting professor of international politics at the Leibniz University Hannover and the LMU Munich as well as a Jean-Monnet-Fellow at the EUI in Florence. His research was published in Governance, Review of International Political Economy, International Studies Review, Journal of Common Market Studies, Journal of European Public Policy, Journal of Global Security Studies, and Security Studies.

Benjamin Daßler (he) is Principal Investigator of the project “The Politics of Contender Institutions in International Regime Complexes (POLCON)” funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) at LMU Munich. His research focuses on global governance and international regime complexes. He is the author of the monograph The Institutional Topology of International Regime Complexes, published by Oxford University Press, and of articles in the European Journal of International Relations, Global Constitutionalism, and The Journal of International Relations and Development.
