Nia Deliana teaches political science and international relations at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Indonesian Islamic International University (UIII), Depok, Indonesia. She is a research fellow at Malaysia’s Asia and Middle East Centre for Research and Dialogues (AMEC). She writes commentaries and journal papers with a multidisciplinary approach, and a geographic focus on the Indian Ocean.
