Oren Barak teaches at the Department of International Relations and the Department of Political Science at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel, and is currently an Israel Institute fellow at the Government Department of Cornell University. He is the author (with Gabriel Sheffer) of Israel’s Security Networks: A Theoretical and Comparative Perspective (Cambridge University Press, 2013).
