Dr. Paul Chambers is Director of Research and Lecturer at the Institute of Southeast Asian Affairs, Faculty of Political Science, Chiang Mai University.  He is also concurrently Research Fellow at the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt and German Institute of Global and Area Studies, Hamburg, Germany. He has written extensively on political/security issues in Southeast Asia and has published widely as the author of books and journal articles alike.
