Purushottama Bilimoria is Professor of Law and International Affairs at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat (India). Concurrently, he is Principal Fellow of University of Melbourne (Australia), Visiting Teaching Professor with University of California (Merced and Berkeley), and Faculty at San Francisco State University. He is Editor-in-Chief of Sophia (Springer), and Sophia Series in Cross-cultural Philosophy & Cultures.  He works in Indian & Cross-Cultural Philosophy, Global Philosophies of Religion, Classical Indian and Personal Law, and Diaspora Studies. His recent publications include Routledge History of Indian Philosophy (with A. Rayner, 2019), Contemplative Studies and Hinduism (with Rita D. Sherma, Routledge), Routledge Handbook of Indian Ethics; Women Justice Bioethics & Ecology  (with A. Rayner, 2023);  Engaging Philosophies of Religion: Across Global Boundaries (with G. Kopf & N.
