Rachel A. George is a Research Fellow at the Overseas Development Institute, a global affairs think tank in London and a Lecturing Fellow at Duke University Center for International Development. She holds a PhD in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Middle East Studies from Harvard University.
