Raluca Csernatoni is a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at the Institute of Political Studies (IPS), Charles University of Prague. Her primary research interest lies in the EU’s Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), with a particular focus given to security technologies and the development of disruptive military capabilities. Her previous academic and policy-oriented work examined the processes of transformation, resistance, and reform in the field of European security and defence, as reflected by CSDP missions and operations and high-end capacity building.
