Remi Brulin is Adjunct Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He completed his PhD in US History from La Sorbonne Nouvelle (France) in 2011 and his dissertation was titled “The American Discourse on terrorism: Constitution, evolution and contexts of enunciation (1972-1992).”
He is a former adjunct and research fellow at NYU and George Washington University. His scholarly interests include ‘terrorism,’ political violence, discourse construction; American history, international law and foreign relations; media, culture and politics; the sociology of violence and conceptualizations of justice.
