Renata Summa holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and an M.A. in International Relations from Sciences Po Paris. She teaches at the Institute of International Relations of PUC-Rio. Summa conducted fieldwork in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2014 and 2015. Her research interests are conflict and post-conflict situations, borders and boundaries, the Balkans and everyday approaches in IR.
