Timothy S. Rich is an associate professor of political science at Western Kentucky University and director of the International Public Opinion Lab (IPOL). His research focuses on public opinion and electoral politics, with a focus on East Asian democracies.

Ian Milden is a graduate student studying Public Administration at Western Kentucky University. He received his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science from Western Kentucky University.

Erin Woggon is a recent graduate from Western Kentucky University with a degree in German and International Affairs.

Carolyn Brueggemann is an undergraduate student majoring in International Affairs and Mandarin Chinese at Western Kentucky University.
