Roberta N. Haar is Professor of Foreign Policy Analysis and Transatlantic Relations, Maastricht University, and the Research Director at University College Maastricht. Her most recent publication is the coedited volume The Making of European Security Policy: Between Institutional Dynamics and Global Challenges, which was published in 2021 as part of the Routledge Studies in European Security and Strategy. She also writes a column entitled Across the Atlantic for the national Dutch magazine EW Magazine.
