Rodrigo Fracalossi de Moraes is a researcher at the Institute for Applied Economic Research (Ipea), a think-tank with offices in Brasília and Rio de Janeiro. He received his DPhil in International Relations from the University of Oxford in 2018 and previously taught at the University of Oxford’s Diplomatic Studies Programme. His research interests focus on the control of dangerous or risky products and activities (weapons, pesticides and drugs, for example) and on the role of social norms and networks in global governance.
