Author profile: Sebastián Granda Henao

Sebastián Granda Henao is a Colombian queer migrant in Brazil. He holds a PhD in International Relations from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Universidade de Brasília. He is currently an independent researcher dealing with decolonial perspectives in the field of International Security, relational onto-epistemologies, and the role of sexual and gender diversity in the struggles for rights and territorial defence of Indigenous and peasants’ movements in Latin America. He is a member of the Bodies, Territories and Resistance Working Group at the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (GT-CUTER, CLACSO).
