Dr. Sebastian Harnisch is Professor of Political Science at Heidelberg University, Baden-Württemberg, Germany. His research and publications encompass comparative foreign policy analysis, theories of International Relations, Korean affairs and non-proliferation issues. His most recent publications include German Foreign Policy and International Leadership (Baden-Baden fortcoming; in German) and Role Theory in International Relations – Contemporary approaches and analyses (New York: Routledge 2011).
