Stephen Dawson works at the intersection of religious studies, philosophy and the social sciences. His current research focuses on the Thomist understanding of religion as a virtue embedded in a disciplinary program. Currently he is Assistant Professor of Religious Studies at Lynchburg College in Lynchburg, Virginia. He holds a BA in English from George Mason University and a PhD in Religious Studies from Boston University.
