Tegg Westbrook is a PhD graduate in Global Studies at Nottingham Trent University, UK. For the last three years he has worked for humanitarian NGOs that specialise in arms control. He is currently Associate Professor at the University of Stavanger, Norway, where he teaches at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Department of Industrial Economics Risk Management and Planning. His current research interests include terrorist risk, urban resilience, and emerging security technologies. His recent publications address the proliferation of solar unmanned aerial vehicles and Japanese constitutional changes. These are forthcoming open access publications.
