Author profile: Terence Chong and Cong Qin

Terence Chong is Executive Director of Lau Chor Tak Institute of Global Economics and Finance, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He served as Siyuan Chair Professor of Nanjing University in China from 2013 to 2016. His papers are published in reputable international journals, including Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Economic Psychology, and the China Economic Review. Chong was a part-time member of the Central Policy Unit and a member of Standard Working Hours Committee of the HKSAR Government. He is currently a member of Transport Advisory Committee and Land and Development Advisory Committee of the HKSAR Government. Cong Qin obtained his M.Phil degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and he is currently a Ph.D. candidate at School of Finance, Renmin University of China. His work is published in Review of Income and Wealth.
