Dr. Xin Zhao is a Lecturer at the Department of Communication and Journalism at Bournemouth University. Her research lies at the intersections of international communication, international relations and politics. She is particularly interested in the discursive constructions of the notion of responsibility on different media platforms. She has published in journals including Journalism, Journalism Studies, Asian Journal of Communication, Media and Communication, and Global Media and Communication.
