Yesa Portela Ormond is a Ph.D. Candidate in International Relations at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (IRI/PUC-Rio). She holds an M.A. in International Relations at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ) and a B.A. in International Relations at the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA).
